In 1975, community leaders in Greece saw the rapidly expanding population and wanted to ensure that there was quality health care easily accessible to them. Park RidgeHospital opened its doors that year in response to the work done by these community visionaries. Park Ridge aligned with St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, NY to form the Unity Health System in 1997 and most recently merged with several area hospitals to form Rochester Regional Health.
