The Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce welcomed members and guests to its June First Friday Networking Breakfast on June 5 at Orchard View Senior Apartments. Hosted in partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Greece, the morning provided another opportunity for local business professionals, community leaders, and nonprofit organizations to connect while learning more about two organizations dedicated to serving the Greece community.
As Chamber members arrived, they were greeted with a warm welcome, a delicious breakfast, and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new ones. Conversations filled the room as attendees exchanged ideas, shared updates on their businesses, and built the relationships that make the Chamber’s monthly networking breakfasts such a valuable resource for the local business community.
A Community Built on Service
Orchard View Senior Apartments provides comfortable, affordable housing designed to help older adults maintain their independence while enjoying a welcoming and supportive community. More than simply a place to live, Orchard View offers residents opportunities to remain active, engaged, and connected through a variety of programs and amenities that enhance their quality of life.
Partnering with Orchard View for the morning’s event was the Kiwanis Club of Greece, an organization with a long history of serving children and families throughout the community. Through volunteerism, fundraising, scholarships, and community projects, Kiwanis members demonstrate the impact that dedicated service can have on improving the lives of others.
Together, Orchard View Senior Apartments and the Kiwanis Club of Greece demonstrated their shared commitment to building a stronger community through connection, service, and support for others.
Building Relationships That Strengthen Greece
One of the greatest strengths of the Chamber’s First Friday Networking Breakfasts is the opportunity to bring together businesses, nonprofit organizations, educators, government representatives, and community leaders in one room. Those conversations often lead to new partnerships, referrals, and ideas that continue long after breakfast has ended.
The June gathering reflected that spirit of collaboration, reminding attendees that a thriving community depends not only on successful businesses, but also on organizations committed to serving others and improving the quality of life for everyone who calls Greece home.
The Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce extends its sincere appreciation to Orchard View Senior Apartments and the Kiwanis Club of Greece for their hospitality and partnership in hosting this month’s breakfast. Their commitment to community service and connection made for a memorable morning and a wonderful start to the day.
We look forward to seeing everyone at our next First Friday Networking Breakfast as we continue building relationships that strengthen businesses, organizations, and our entire community.
